I'm having some issues with the uvw for a character when exporting it with "instaLOD" and "merge materials" selected.

I haven't seen an easy way to create morphs other than importing them into 3DXchange from exported Zbrush obj files.

This concerns morph sliders with a range from -100 to 100.
When the value is set at 100, a reset results in the value going to -100. Resetting again restores the value to 0.
