In my case installing version 431.60 of the nvidia drivers was enough to solve this temporarily, but as ian_11 indicated this issue needs to be fixed on Reallussion's side as users can't be expected to hold off on updating graphics drivers forever.
Am having the same issue. iClone and CC3 won't start and just installed an Nvidia driver update.

Rolling back to Nvidia driver is not a solution it's a fudge please fix this issue
