Hi vincent.r.logiudice,

Nvidia has released the 440.97 Game Ready driver On 2019.10.22, which have fixed the issue that will cause iClone 7 and CC 3 to crash while launching. However, the Studio driver have not update yet. For users who use Studio driver, might want to switch to the 440.97 Game Ready driver, or wait until the next Studio driver release.

Since this fix was made in the driver level, no iClone or CC updates are needed. Thank you for your patience to wait for such a long time.

Regards,
Donnie

Hi vincent.r.logiudice,

It was caused by the latest nVidia driver update 436.02.We are working on it to find a solution.

Now there are two workarounds:

1. Roll back your display driver to the previous version
2. Updating NVidia Studio Driver to latest version (431.70): Go to Geforce Experience , then press the 3 dots menu and choose Studio Driver on drivers tab

Thanks, I figured it out earlier and haven't had a chance to close this out. This required a clean uninstall using "DDU". See below for event log:

These were my steps taken:

-D/L 419.67

-Download DDU (get the 18.0.0.1 or NEWER)

-Disconnect network.

-Msconfig > Boot(tab) > Boot Option> check the SAFE BOOT ... Apply and Reboot.

-Run DDU
-Select: NVIDIA Software and drivers
-Select: Clean, do not restart

-Back in normal Windows:

-Install the NVIDIA 419.67 driver
-Finish the Install

-Reboot

I assume you have and NVidia GPU. Roll back to driver version 431.60.

Also, please check previous FT entries, as your issue was already mentioned.
