All effects/visual settings should be excludable from the image/video 2D layer so we can match our scene color and lighting to any image or video loaded within it.

I noticed the banding/low quality look from some of the backdrops, especially the default graphic added to a new project found in the Project window.
Using Gaussian Blur, even after 8 times wont correct banding, instead it will just spread it out. Try using Dither instead on stills and video...More

It goes for both CC and IC. Not sure if it is a bug or it was done intentionally.
If intentional, I wonder why it was done?
Yes, Hair do not perform well when Soft vs Soft is enabled. But that is NOT the reason to disable it completely, when the hair is at the scene!...More

For the most part importing OBJ files has been stabilized in many aspects.

It could be useful to have a marker track in the timeline to create several start and end markers for clips, making it easier to batch export animation clips or associated audioclips or video renders (instead of doing one by one, typing in the range for each of them).

If you have ever used Omniverse Commands, (almost) anything the user does in the ViewPort, the code is listed in the Commands Window.
This is similar to Record Macro for Excel. A lot of people, myself included don't know all the commands in IClone.

Adding the Omniverse extension gives us the ability to export, it would be nice to go the other way.
USD does a better job of preserving textures than FBX or other formats.
