I have tried 2 different helmets with 3 different textures. I have tried it with the helmet attached to the avatar and I have tried it with the helmets linked to the avatar. What arrives in UE is not usable. The texture is messed up. Some normals get flipped. The face texture looks also...More

Since recent major updates to iClone 7 and Character Creator, the Avavtar Puppet Controller is not functioning in record mode. It will do everything it is supposed to do until you hit record button and want to move your character with a moving record timeline. Once you hit record it just freezes...More

Since updating to iClone 7.8 the Avatar / puppet controller now sits inside the scene window with the avatar and assets where it works - very badly. I am currently making turn-in-place animations with iClone7. I mainly use reach target editor and curve editor for IK movement of the feet while the whole body is moving (rotating). The Character is Unreal's default mannequin. (See the attached zip)

Unfortunately I'm finding that there is constant light flickering, even with the usual fixes done (under visual I have increased the shadow size etc and turned on flicker compensation).
This render is 1920x1080 with 3x super sampling - check out the character's neck.
