Props with bones no longer has the edit motion layer popping up

I noticed that when I drag in animal characters, basically props with bones, the latest iclone is messed up in that it doesn't seem to pop up an edit motion layer panel like it does for human avatars.

I noticed that if I click 'Bone Edit Mode' on for human characters I will then be able to see the bones for props/animals, but the hierarchical menu is still missing.

OS: Windows 10

It seems it works now after resetting the computer

I don't understand what do you mean props has not the edit motion layer popping up.If hierarchical menu is Bone Settings Dialog,it works for me.Can you capture a screen video about this issue?Put it on the YouTube, and add the link in your next comment.
