This is what I've had to do to get it to work, after reading a number of comments and reloading the software time and time again.

When using the "Convert to Non-standard"-setup to use animations from Axis Neuron, everything seems to go fine, but at one point in the animation the left arm snaps to the side. this happens to multiple animations.

I understand 3DXchange has joint rotation but that just distorts the model if you rotate 180 degrees and you can only see changes when "Active" is not checked.

I successfully converted bvh files (as non standard rigs) by selecting Maya HumanIK and exported to imotion stored in iclone custom. After applying, the motion works but keep using the Tpose. How to solve this problem ?

I've already talked with support about this and was informed that the only way this is currently possible is to export the character as an FBX with animations then import into 3DXchange as a prop ( do not characterize it).
