iClone morphs - multiple issues
Let me start by saying that Morphs handling by Morphs Creator in IC8 has been improved.
For the most part importing OBJ files has been stabilized in many aspects.

There are however some critical issues which need to be addressed in both IC8 and CC4.

1. Since IC7 and 3DX we have lost the ability to import props as FBX with multiple morphs assigned.
In IC7 when we import props from 3DX and send them to Morphs Creator, it would detect multiple morphs and automatically apply them.
This is no longer happening in IC8. CC4 either dumps all morphs on FBX import, or Morphs Creator does not detect them.

Ideally we do not even need to CC4 for that. Why iClone cannot recognize/retain morphs on FBX import itself? That has always puzzled me!
Lets bring them all through Morphs Creator! If there are Face Blend Shapes in a way which are not needed, create some basic clean up routine, so we can easily delete unwanted morphs by making multiple selection.

2. CC4 would dump morphs when importing something as FBX (unless it is attached to STANDARD character). Why is that?
How difficult it is to retain morphs? This is also true for non-standard character import. Nothing would go through.

3. There used to a workaround in IC7 to import multiple body morphs for Standard or Non-Standard character. That is no longer possible because of the points 1 and 2 mentioned above. I made this ridicules workflow through IC7 and 3DX to import morphs into iClone 8! https://vimeo.com/735306989

4. Cloth morphs import. It used to work more or less OK in CC3/IC7. It is no longer the case.
Some of the problems are intermittent and some are permanent.

* Cloth morphs would not show up in CC morphs list (intermittent - happened once or twice)
* Cloth morphs would show up in CC but when character transferred to iClone, they would not show up (on some cloth items)
* Cloth morphs (when animated in iClone) would not be saved in Motion Plus file (intermittent - some morphs would go into motion file, some would not)
* Cloth morphs (when animated in iClone) would not export to FBX (intermittent - some morphs would export, some would not)

Constant workarounds and struggle to import/export morphs from/to FBX has been going on for years now.
Please, once and for all fix those issues for us.

It has been 6 month and the Ticket is still NEW? Odd!

Seriously this is a major drawback with the latest version. Why remove these features when they were already present in a past version. 

The fact that the software has doubled in price but we still have basic features locked is a frustrating.
