Clothing Follows vertex shader (spring joint) but doesn't follow the vertex of Soft/Cloth Body Physics
This seems like it could be an easy fix for clothing compatibility - the vertex shader(spring joint) code that tells the vertices' of clothing to follow the skin should also be used with soft cloth.

A person can't make a video of a function that doesn't exist.

My suggestion is about making the skin as a cloth follow spring joint influenced areas so they don't completely move independently from each type of physics.  

Currently a character that has skin as cloth physics wearing  clothing with physics is incompatible with each other but either your facial morph tracking for beards be applied to the rest of the body or you use the positional code of a vertex shader to emulate spring joint on the clothing so the clothing can descretely follow/match the surface of the character's skin moving as cloth physics.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Currently, Spring affects the Bone, so it will also influence other parts. 
However, Physics is calculated at the terminal stage, meaning its results will not affect anything else.
Could you provide a video for us to investigate and confirm?
