Zbrush Facetools updates character with no head

No matter what I change in the face tools Zbrush menu, the head gets removed whenever I update and send the changes back to CC4.

I've tried all changing all kinds of settings, including making sure the import and export settings are correct and still the head gets removed.

When I unhide the body< i noticed that the head seems to be unattached. Not sure if this is an issue or something normal when using facetools.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I contacted support and was told an update was coming later this week. You can contact support and get a version of CC4.5 that doesn't have this problem to work with till the update arrives.

The problem has been found and fixed, patch will be released recently.

Has anyone looked into this issue recently? Still not able to update back to CC4 with character head. Please address this issue.
