Hi, James, You might want to try follow the instructions here to manually assign iClone and Character creator to run with the independent display card, your GTX 1070, that might be able to let you use iClone and your USB Dock at the same time. https://forum.reallusion.com/Topic212526-386-1.aspx Reallusion
Unplugged Dock, Driver for Dell SuperSpeed USB3.0 Docking Station (D3100/D3000). And plugged Monitor and Keyboard directly into laptop both programs launched correctly. Seems to be a dock driver issue.
Hi jscowcroft~ Thanks for your help on sending us the Dxdiag.txt file~ Could you try removing all the USB display link device before starting iClone && Character creator ? And try setting iClone & Character creator to use NVIDIA display card following the instruction here https://forum.reallusion.com/Topic212526-386-1.aspx Don't hesitate to let us know if it didn't work~ I apologize again for the inconvenience, and thanks for your help !
Hi, James, Please help to find and provide the startup log files for iClone 7 and Character Creator 2 in this location: %localappdata%\Reallusion\ The startup log files are more useful than the dump files in the crash on launch type of errors. Also please provide the DxDiag.txt of your system, it will also help to find the cause. 1. Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R>. 2. Input "dxdiag" & click "ok". 3. It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information". 4. Save "DxDiag.txt". Your help is highly appreciated. Reallusion
