Hi, James, Please help to find and provide the startup log files for iClone 7 and Character Creator 2 in this location: %localappdata%\Reallusion\ The startup log files are more useful than the dump files in the crash on launch type of errors. Also please provide the DxDiag.txt of your system, it will also help to find the cause. Reallusion
I have supplied the crash dump files for this as well as iClone 7 crashing the same way. Have not gotten a resolution yet.
Hi jscowcroft, I'm having a similar problem. CC2 crashes after a "Failed to load the file." message. Have you had any luck solving this problem or has Reallusion got back to you? Best, Nic
Thank you for your feedback. Please provide your DxDiag file and the Character Creator dump file to help us identify the problem. To get the DxDiag file: 1. Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R>. 2. Input "dxdiag" & click "ok". 3. It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information". 4. Save "DxDiag.txt".
