Visemes Bug?
I had mapped all the visemes 8-7 and when i applied acculips to iclone they werent working correctly
so i went back to cc4 and saw that it had changed from 8-7 to the 1-1 and they were all messed up

when i loaded the saved facial profile still didnt load the 8-7 visemes as i had saved them

Thanks for your feedback.
According to your description, I'm not sure if this issue is content problem or function error.
May I ask if this issue only occurs in specific character files or does it affect all characters?
It would be great if you could provide the operation video.
And please try to change Viseme Set by clicking the button then update morph data again, to check if this step will keep the right viseme morph.
Additionally, could you help to check if the same issue persists after upgrading the program version to CC v4.2?
