Trying to convert to NonStandard , 3dxchange crashes

Character from mixamo ( with shape keys and added eye bones too) but also CC character crash 3dxchange
I had to unistall and reinstal the program to make it work again
But it happen again after sometime and couldnt complete the process to convert a character into a non standard

On this video i was trying to bring the CC character to see if it would work , the program opens and crashes immediately.

something is not working right :(

I can send CC chanracter to 3DXchange，also can convert to Non_Standard.Please provide your mixamo FBX file to help us identify the problem. Attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
