Please forgive me if this is too simple a question....I am new to animation and still learning your animation program. 1) How do I create accurate timing for the animated video if I remove the audio file? 2) I have been unable to figure out how to load an .mp3 audio file (audio script) for the animation. As a result, I loaded the file into the SoundFX1 track. Is this a proper way to do this? 3) If (2) is not proper, how do I load an audio script into a "Script" timeline? ... the "Create > Create Script" button is dead and does not allow me to "create a script". 4) Is this crash problem due to the "size" of the audio script (full 8 minutes)? Since my projects are usually less than 20 or 30 seconds, is it necessary to cut my script into smaller files? Thank you so much for your help. Jon
Thanks for your reply and feedback. RD found from the crash dump file you provided that the crash might be related to the audio. Could you help test by reloading or removing the audio source to see if the problem still occurs? You can reply under the same Feedback Tracker ID instead of creating a new one. If problem still exist, please contact our TS support team, they will give you help within 48 hrs. https://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/UserEx/QForm.html Allen Reallusion
The program continues to crash... almost every day. Today, working on a short 12 sec clip... adjusting the opacity of a prop, and the program crashed. I searched for the crashdump file... but nothing is there. Fortunately, it provided a recovery file ... (sometimes it does not). The project recovery file is below. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PhYbavFNTUIzRMZVjdO7tZgcKYKbTnvG/view?usp=sharing
Another Crash this morning... no crashdump file... here's the recovery project. https://drive.google.com/file/d/14ScQ98Bf10_Fi66sZH-c2BwU-ZTJqrUm/view?usp=sharing
