Program Crashed and shut down

Again, the program crashed while adjusting "transform" positions &/or size.

I am still unable to find the crash dump file per your instructions via email.

OS: Windows 11

The program continues to crash... almost every day. 

Today, working on a short 12 sec clip... adjusting the opacity of a prop, and the program crashed. I searched for the crashdump file... but nothing is there. 
Fortunately, it provided a recovery file ... (sometimes it does not). The project recovery file is below.

I am still confused as to why there isn't a current crashdump file ... for example...from yesterday???

Hi 121jon331,

In your first screenshot, there is a file named CartoonAnimator.exe.13120.dmp inside the CrashDump folder. This file contains information related to the crash. Could you provide this file to us?
