Issue 11703
Issue with scale when using Crowd Sim in Omniverse
I am currently following the issue same as here.
https://discussions.reallusion.com/t/issue-with-scale-when-using-crowd-sim-in-omniverse/12758

However, I have also encountered with scale mismatches between iClone and Omniverse. The world scale appears to be 100:1. I wonder if there is any setting I am missing out. My root layer in the composer is also set like the first image attached.

Thanks. Appreciate for any help.

Hello Soya,

Thanks for the reply. In my case, it doens't seems easy to scaling up the size of the meshes while the model was rather big and they might changing accordingly to the location too.

Here are my steps :
Setting up the omniverse root layer with World Axis Y up and proper fps.
Loading google 3D tiles directly to the scene.
Saving the usd file on the nucleus server.
Opening the same file in iClone.
Starting Live Link from iClone.
And last not least start generating crowd animation to the world model.

I am wondering is there any possible way from the iClone side to shrink everything down...

Hi,

According to the screenshots you have provided, it seems like the prop models were imported into iClone. If so, please make sure that the scale of those imported meshes were set correctly. Alternatively, you may change the scale or unit in the source 3D software while exporting. Usually this unit difference will cause some scaling issues. The Omniverse Live Link workflow seems working fine, the environment settings are correct. Should not need any further adjustments. If your problem persists, please provide the iProject file and exact steps you took when making the Live Link.
