A similar issue has been reported earlier IIRC.

When editing the headshot photo diffuse map a few times, reprojecting the photo, readjusting skin color etc and editing the diffuse map again a few times the base color map (see screenshots) seems to become currupted. I can not reproduce the exact procedure, i just noticed this after turning my character. Can this possibly be a photoshop PNG error ? I have not edited the base color map, only the photo diffuse map.

To me this appears a little like CC4 somehwere looses the skin colour thats been changed during the session.
