Issue 11875
Major Floating Point Precision issue with Characters away from Origin
Hi there,

I recently discovered that if you move the character decently far away from the origin, any time you move an animation handle in Edit Motion Layer or Accupose it'll cause the characters, what I assume to be root to shift...every single time you make any sort of an adjustment or change to a pose or keyframe. This has been driving me absolutely nuts trying to constantly battle this, and I assume it has to do with some sort of positional calculation error.

It's extremely simple to reproduce. For example if you move a character to X: 75880.711 / Y: -197818.547 / Z: 8104.512, and then start adjusting the pose, you will see the issue immediately after every single adjustment. This is obviously a major issue for anyone who is working with animating directly in a massive open world setup in Unreal for cinematic purposes. Considering this is a major bug, would it be possible to get a priority hot fix out for this?

It should be mentioned that I'm fairly confident that this is a floating point precision issue, that is also happens to be impacting the results of Motion Modifier as well, as it also has very odd results if a character is far from origin. I'm certainly not sure of the extent of changes required to be made on the code side of things in iClone to fix this, but I really hope it can be addressed fairly quickly, as it really is quite a major issue.

That being said, iClone has been a total game changer for my work at my studio. I really hope yall can get a fix for this out ASAP, as battling this has been causing me to mald haha.
