Battle Mechs cause timeline to hesitate for a long time. I can't scrub in the timeline because each movement causes a long pause and then it jumps suddenly preventing me from fine tuning my animations. When this isn't happening then it's causing a system crash....More

The user "Animagic" has been able to clearly demonstrate that some MEMORY LEAKS remain in the Jan 25 Beta release.
They are not as severe and cripling as the ones that have been resolved, but are still a serious concern, especially for longer (many-frame) renders.

Any time a glow map is used for a given object and the render exported as a PNG with transparent background, a halo would surround the object.
This is regardless of the object type or glow map used. See slide 1.

So I load an Avatar. It is the only thing in the Scene. It's has a black background. LUT is Warm Colors. Static Noise added for Color Banding. I hit PREVIEW and not 5 mins into the render and I get "Out of Memory" error.
First of all, how is this possible? I have a GTX 1060 with 6Gb of memory...More
