4.2 broke the mouth open as morph feature for fbx exporting.
4.2.1 fixed it, but now my models are exporting with duplicate and broken blendshapes, and it's making unity puke....More

Just tried to export a couple of the characters from the Young Fashion Vol 5 actor core pack to FBX
Casual_F-0054.iAvatar fails to export as either a Clothed Character OR full export (just pops an error "FBX Export Failed'

Convert a .blend file to fbx. rig it in 3dx7, then load into iclone8 and send to CC4. Choose adjust bones in the modify panel, turn the bone opacity to zero. Click adjust bones again and the character is no longer there. If I do the same steps using the proportions tab, I get the same result...More

The issue is when the program launches a brand new project it launches correctly no errors Until you save and open it. When exporting an FBX for Unity where "Export Mesh and Motion Individually" is chosen, the animations in the _Motion.fbx file won't contain any blend shapes.
This is easy to reproduce on a stock character. Here are the steps:
