All my characters that use a bump map VS a normal map end up having this issue when I attempt to convert to a CC3+ character.

At different distances between the character and camera, the texture gets messed up. Don't know if its the mipmaps or the Shader. I never used to have this problem, but lately, when I try to import my characters from daz3d, CC3 loads a previous character that I had imported, with the clothes, and then overlays the new character clothes on top, and the tongue sticks out of chin.
