motion profiles missing in version 4.12
getting error:
"No applicable character profile was found. please browse for one or use character creator 4 to create one"
When i import mixamo fbx animation to my character
it looks like all the motion profiles are now missing
This was working in version 4.11 but no motion profiles are avalible now ive updated to version 4.12

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but have same issue

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Reallusion Custom\Animation\Motion
is empty
OS: Windows 11

i have the same issue using brekel body v3 exported animations fbx and this error in iclone 8 on all characters.
