Hi had a problem when transferring content from CA4 to CA5, that it didn’t finish in the same place of template but in the custom template. I have contacted the support and received this answer:

“If it’s the purchased content pack, it’s suggested you install them again in CTA5, and you could see it in your template category. If you directly transfer the content file from CTA4, they will be shown in the custom category.”

I understand that RL team wants to help people to find their way around, but this method somehow defines the logic, unless the pack copied from CA4 to CA5 is different from the pack downloaded directly to CA5 from RL. If it is, it should be named differently, but still be in the template category. In “custom category” should be only items created or modified by the customer, not the original items.

Also, there is no option in CA5 (as it was possible in CA4) to create, rename or move folders in Templates and be seen by the program. It’s rather frustration from the customer’s POV. The items are in a different place in CA5 than they used to be in CA4 (where I believe it was better organized). Sometimes programmers think in the different way than animators. It would be helpful to get animator’s POV.
