SVG Import in Layer Menu not possible/error message (Composer Mode)

Trying to import SVG Data (created via Inkscape 1.2.2) in CTA5.01 via Layer Menu results to a fault message "failure to add element" (see screenshot). Also tried CTA-Demo-Character leads to same issue.
In the Layer Menu is a "+"-Symbol for adding SVG, jpg, png at Composer Mode. Importing jpg-file is possible yes, but SVG creates some error message (check screenshots).
Tried out Plain SVG or Inkscape SVG: both same error. Also tried small or big canvas not fixed the issue. Same issue at CTA-Demo-Characters like "Teds Dog".
Same issue in Layer Menu by creating for example Facial sprites for a character. SVG import of one separated layer for the face in CTA (e.g. eyes, mouth,...) is not possible.

BTW: Anyway the basic software is awesome, please keep on! Thanks! Wish you also nice christmas days!
