SSS shader Enhancement Needed for Water (translucency, SSS map/mask slot override to displacement channel to animate SSS mask)
Please update, Add:
*The SSS map/mask slot should take the map information from the displacement channel (optionally) so it can be animated
*We need to have translucency to see objects fading into the depth.. maybe add screen space opacity? *translucency settings optionally takes opacity channel settings (water planes can be duplicated and borders can blend in with each other or an ocean area that needs special effects can animate the opacity/translucency.
I have a new **Real-time** interactive water/wave system, it has the potential of becoming widely adopted. I'll send an example soon.
