Programm Crash by loading Hair in CC4 4.5 and IC8 8.5 since Update
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

Since updating IC8 to 8.5 and CC4 to 4.5, both programs crash when loading hair from my content
These hair pieces, which I converted from fiber mesh hair from DAZ Studio, among other things, were no problem loading in the previous versions.
Now both programs crash even at the lowest resolution in the viewport.
I don`t know why?
Maybe someone can help me with this Problem or have the same Problem.
Attached I have pictures of the hairpieces and a loading process.

Same, you can temporarily put the hairs which caused crash in another folder.

It is not custom, it was purchased from the marketplace. And nothing shows up in the custom hair folder as it is

There is a workaround.Please move custom hair to another folder except for Reallusion Custom folder.We will fix it as soon as possible.

Now it's the case that I can no longer access my own content without both programs crashing.
If I can no longer access my Library, then IC8 and CC4 are unusable for me.

I'm sorry for your bad experience.Please cut your custom hair contents to another folder,then try it again.We will fix it as soon as possible.

custom hair folder path:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Reallusion Custom\Hair
