Hi! I'm having a problem with one particular file, a scene with two characters animated with expressions, motions, and viseme/lip sync, but only an ibl for background, that keeps crashing iclone.
I'd saved several times, and everything was working fine, but then I started changing the ibl, it crashed, and now even the saved version (from before the ibl changes) crashes. Restore didn't work either.
iClone opens other scenes fine, even those with these two characters, so I *think* it's just this file that's corrupted, and normally I'd just shrug and recreate it, but I have a lot of expressions and motions that were so right for this scene, I'd hate to lose it all.
I've attached the suggested system information thing, but it's been at least two hours since the issue occurred--I have no idea if that affects what it will tell you or not. Also, I'm uploading the file that keeps crashing to my Google Drive to share if you want that, but my wifi is currently slow, so it may be a while before I can share that.

Hi Nicole,
Please apply the hotfix with the following steps, and see if it solve the problem:
1. Make sure your iClone has updated to version 7.73
2. Download “LargeProjectHotfix.zip" here: https://bit.ly/33M3DjO
3. Unzip the downloaded file to your local drive.
4. Move to the extracted folder, right click on “IC7LargeProject.bat” and select Properties, check the Unblock box at the bottom of General tab.
5. Make sure iClone is closed.
6. Double click on “IC7LargeProject.bat” to apply the hotfix.
This hotfix will allow you to load the project file larger than 4GB and continue your work. Please let me know how it works out. Thanks!
