Neck Distortion after a period of time
I have a scene where the character is stationary and just talking. So the most animation is in her facial expression and head movements. Over a period of time the neck distorts. I use Face Puppet and Face Key to animate this part. Video example:

Thank you very much.I can repeat it.There is a workaround,you can choose New Mode or Replace Mode,not Blend Mode.

Hi 3dSphinx,

Can you capture a screen video about how you do?There is a workaround.You can Sample expression clip- Per Frame form Timeline right-menu.Then please open Face Key pannel,choose Modify tab,you can turn down the vaule of "Head_Turn_UP" & "Head_Turn_Down" sliders.Neck will be OK.
