Can we please come up with a way to address the issue in a timely manner or refund my purchase please? This has been going on since February 3rd and it's now April 28th with no solution and the only thing that's been said is that it works for you and not me, which isn't helpful. I've tried multiple heads, multiple times and they all have the same issue. Please can we get on a call or a video chat and fix this, or can I have my money back as the product doesn't work as advertised. Thank you.
