I would love to see a plugin/pack that does high quality finger animations. Like make the character drum their fingers, or do any one of a number of subconscious things with their hands/fingers.

Obviously the hand plugin you can get is wonderful, but what I'm proposing here is an expansion of that.

In TV series you see actors cupping their hands, tapping their chairs randomly with one or two fingers. It makes it more life like.

I think it would be a good addition, since hand mocap gloves can be finnicky(and also expensive).

A polished mocap set of subconscious finger and hand movements.
