"Edit Animation Layer" grayed out for no obvious reason

"Edit Animation Layer" grayed out for no obvious reason

1. Click on CC3+ Character
2. Click on Motion Clip in Timeline
3. Click on Iclone top menu
4. Observe "Edit Animation Layer" being disabled and colored as a button that cannot be used currently.

Acual Result:
"Edit Animation Layer" is clickable a not "grayed out" disabled button.

According to Reallusion video and text documentation "Edit Animation Layer" shouldn't be disabled.

I've found out by trying shortcut F11 , that this finally openned Animation Layer edit window.
But this is very confusing. Seems like an UI bug or something incorrectly described in the documentation.

OS: Windows 10

"Edit Motion Layer" is for human character,"Edit Animation Layer" is for prop and non-human character.I see you pick the human character,so please choose "Edit Motion Layer".
