You might want to try follow the instructions here to manually assign iClone and Character creator to run with the independent display card, your GTX 1070, that might be able to let you use iClone and your USB Dock at the same time. https://forum.reallusion.com/Topic212526-386-1.aspx

But it still crashes, noticed that one comment using a AMD card removed the game function on the card?
Hi jscowcroft~
We are sorry to inform you that using the Dell Dock station can't use NVIDIA graphics card. This is Windows 10's behavior.
The following link is the response from Dell's DisplayLink team

Here is the forum discussion

Currently iClone 7 & Character Creator 2 supports only NVIDIA, AMD DX11 cards,
But if you see a need for Character Creator to support Intel graphics card, please let us know.
Thanks for your quick response and helping us.
p.s. I think you don't have to manually assign iClone using the NVIDIA cards when using the laptop or display directly from laptop,
iClone should have inform the driver to use NVIDIA card if possible.
btw You've got a really great laptop, enjoy it :)
