Character Creator 4.2 / Iclone 8.2 crash since Update
Hello,

since I updated Character Creator 4 and Iclone 8 to the latest versions, I experience an error which didn´t happen with the previous versions. Mostly when I load a a new project, a character or a prop into the scene the programs just shut down without an error message.
And when I restart the programs there is no question anymore if I want to restore an autosaved file.

I already contacted Reallusion Support. The solution they provided was to try temp file removal or uninstall and reinstall both programs from the hub. Both solutions didn´t work. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem?

Sorry for the unstable experience of CC & IC.
Please go to these folders and see if the AP generate the dmp file.
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\CrashDumps
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\iClone\CrashDump

If there's dmp files, please send the file to us, so that we can check the issue properly.
You can upload the file to cloud service such as Google Drive, and attach the download link in your next comment.

Character Creator and Iclone still crash after the latest Update. It's the same pattern everytime. In Headshot 2 for example the program crashes in the "Attach to Body" step after working for a longer time in the "Refine Mesh" step. If I just spent 5 minutes to refine the mesh, Character Creator doesn't crash.

In Iclone it happens mostly by loading props into the scene or by  opening a new project after working for some time. When I start a project I can load tons of props etc. Then I do some animation work, load another prop, the "load bar" goes up to 30% and then the program crashes.

Every time I update CC4 and Iclone the crashes are getting worse for my system. I'm having the same issue as TheDCB1985 where I'll be working for a while then it will crash. I updated everything (graphics driver and OS)! I even heave a brand new computer and its doing the same thing. It has to be the App.

thanks for your response. 
I updated both Apps to the latest versions. 
Crashes still occur in Character Creator and Iclone.
