CC3 Character missing tongue sliders in CC4 extended
I created my characters in CC3 using headshot. When I opened them in CC4, and shift from Standard to Extended (Face Key area), it adds, then shows the tongue slider once transferred to Extended. But it's greyed out, and wont allow me to click the box, or do anything, such as use the sliders. It only lets me click the heart button.

Is there a way to activate it? When I send character to clone, there is no tongue movement at all. And "Tongue" doesn't show up as an option Motion LIVE>Strength.

Is there a better way to convert my CC3 character to CC4? Thanks in advance for help. :)

Can you confirm which base your character is ?

Hi JahniB,

Is your character CC1 or CC3?You can see in CC4 Modify > Attribute panel.If your character is CC1,CC1 character doesn't have tongue data.After you applyed Extended faciaclprofile,the tongue slider can't be used as expected.You can convert to CC3+,then apply Extended faciaclprofile, the tongue slider will be used.
