Button "Attach to Body" in Headshot 2 = NOT ACTIVE

Button "Attach to Body" in Headshot 2 = NOT ACTIVE
the Button - never turns to Green - color
it was working - before I upgraded to the latest 4.52

OS: Windows 11

is there any solution that you are offering - or 
I have tho be happy that the button on your PC - system is is active (and green color)?
suggest what do I need to do to fix my problem?
not only:
"Just tested this, my button appears green. CC452" ??

I will ask for refund - because my CC4.52 - on the WIndows 11
and super PC - is not working properly
