App Crashes When Downloading/Installing Content
I just downloaded/installed the software today and it is constantly crashing.

1. I open the software (no projects) and go into the content manager
2. I click on ANY template item to download
3. After a few seconds of the white progress bar coming down (it drops to about 10% maybe) it suddenly stops
4. The rotating "loading" symbol keeps rotating for a while until it finally freezes
5. Finally a minute or two after the symbol freezes the software closes without warning

If this can't be fixed, what alternative is there to download templates to use in CC4?

I am having a similar problem. Whenever I load from content manager any template already downloaded, the object would freeze shortly after. Any attempt to work on the project would make the software crash, closing without giving any information about its cause.
