3d exchange closing
Hi, I have an issue with 3d exchange, when I try to open it,s flying to screen corner and closing without any message or error code. please, someone, help me thanks.

Hi Jarajo,

Please provide the crash dump with the following instructions to help us identify this problem:

1. Open the link below:
http:\\ftp.reallusion.com.tw\reallusionsupport\IC7_CrashDump.zip
2. Save the file "iClone_WER_Setup_mini.reg" to your computer, and double click it to enable log recording. 
3. Run 3DXchange. 
4. Do the operation that can crash 3DXchange
5. Once the program crashes, locate the DMP file under: 
%APPDATA%\iClone\CrashDump\ 
6. Upload the DMP file to a cloud storage, e.g. dropbox, google drive. Then share the download link in your comment.
Note: If you want to disable log recording, just run the "iClone_WER_OFF.reg" the same as in step 2.
