Hi Jarajo, We may need to reset the window position of 3DXchange. Please download the attached file - 3DX_reset_window.reg, and then double click the file to apply the registry. Run 3DXchange again and see if there is any difference. Irving Reallusion
Hi, I have tested both methods but still, I have the same issue. the problem began when I changed my display monitor.
Hi Jarajo, Thanks for the log file. I need your help to do more tests to narrow down this issue: First, run 3DXchange with software driver: 1. Open quick link menu by pressing Windows logo + X, then press M to open device manager 2. Find the display adapter you are using, right click on the adapter name and select "Disable device", ref to attached image. The screen will go black for a while. 3. Run 3DXchange again and see if it works. Remember to "Enable device" after testing. Second, run nVidia 32 bits demo with DX9: 1. Download and install Unigine Heaven Benchmark: https://www.nvidia.com.tw/coolstuff/demos/unigine-heaven-benchmark 2. Click Start menu, run "Heaven Banchmark v2.1" 3. In the start up window of Unigine Heaven Benchmark, select API to "DirectX 9", ref to attached image Unigine.png 4. Click RUN and see if there are any errors. Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks! Hi Jarajo, Did the issue resolve? If not, please help us to collect log file with the following steps: 1. Download and run attached file: 3DX_EnableLog.reg 2. Run iClone 3DXchange v7.7 pipeline 3. Go to folder %localappdata%\Reallusion 4. Find the latest log file whose file name started with "3DX", attach the file to next comment. Irving Reallusion
