7. What are the CC5 Pre-launch offer rules?

   Spend $399 on a single order in the Reallusion Software Store and/or Content Store to qualify for a free copy of Character Creator 5 (CC5).
   
   Your free copy of CC5 will be available at launch.

   • A single order can consist of one or multiple products.
   • Exclusions
      

   The following purchases do not qualify for this event:

8. How do I qualify for this offer?
   Make purchases in the Reallusion Software Store and/or Content Store during the CC5 Pre-launch Offer period.
   Ensure your total purchase is $399 or more at checkout.
   
   When the prerequisites are met, the Character Creator 5 ($299 value) redeem voucher will automatically appear in your shopping cart at checkout. 
   After completing your purchase, the voucher will also be available in the "Order History" tab on your Member page.
   
   If CC5 is not showing in your cart, please review your order total and adjust your cart contents to ensure it meets the $399 minimum threshold.
9. Will CC5 be compatible with iClone 8?
   Character Creator 5 will be fully compatible with iClone 8.
   
   Following its release, CC5's all-new facial morph and animation system along with facial mocap tools will be fully supported in iClone 8.
   This compatibility will be enabled via a series of free updates.
10. Do all items in the Content Store qualify for the CC5 Pre-launch Offer?
    Yes, all content in the Reallusion Content Store qualifies for this offer, except for the 3D Essentials Annual Plan and DA point purchases.
    Additionally, purchases from Reallusion ActorCore or the Marketplace do not apply to this offer.
11. Will iClone 9 or Cartoon Animator 6 be released this year?
    No, there are no plans to release iClone 9 or Cartoon Animator 6 in 2025.
    Our current focus is on the launch and ongoing development of Character Creator 5.
12. If I use DA Points at check out, will my order still qualify for the CC5 Pre-launch Offer?
    As long as your order value (before applying DA points) meets the $399 minimum, you’ll qualify for the free CC5 upgrade.
13. How do I activate the CC5 reward? Can I transfer my copy to another person?
    The CC5 license granted through the CC5 Pre-launch Offer will be registered to your account.
    
    You can redeem your CC5 reward from the Order History section on your Member page or through the redemption email that will be sent to you by Reallusion once CC5 is officially released.
    
    This license is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
14. My business is interested in making a volume purchase. Can I use this offer to obtain multiple discounts or CC5 licenses?

15. What are the full Terms and Conditions of the CC5 Pre-launch Offer?
