  • - Message generation: One single generation will be counted when the voice, message, auto motion, pitch are turned into an animated script.
  • - Message view: Every time the script is loaded, then it will be counted as a view.

    • 9. Will the expired date be extended once I get a second package within a year?

  • - Definitely. The new amount of generated messages, generation views, and the expired date will be in your account -plus everything you left, even if the first service has not expired.

    • 10. Is TAMS refundable?

  • - Once the text is generated, the service is not refundable. However if nothing has been generated yet, then we'll be able to process a refund for you.
