1. What is AccuPOSE INFINITY?
   AccuPOSE INFINITY is a subscription-based service that provides advanced features and access to a growing library of over 1,000 AI-trained poses, regularly updated to keep your workflow cutting-edge.

3. How to Activate AccuPOSE INFINITY After Subscribing?
   1. Ensure that AccuPOSE CORE is installed.
   2. A stable internet connection is required to activate and use INFINITY assets.

   
   If the AccuPOSE INFINITY pose status does not update after restarting:

   1. Verify that the Reallusion Hub login account matches the account used for your AccuPOSE INFINITY subscription.
   2. Restart AccuPOSE again within your iClone application while ensuring a stable internet connection.

   
   If the issue persists, please contact Reallusion Support for assistance.

4. How do I receive future updates for the AccuPOSE INFINITY?
   You’ll automatically receive updates for unreleased poses through the Reallusion Hub.

5. If I’m the workgroup owner and subscribe to AccuPOSE INFINITY, can my workgroup members use the feature as well?
   As the workgroup owner, you can choose between AccuPOSE INFINITY Personal or AccuPOSE INFINITY for Workgroup.

   • If you subscribe to the Personal plan, the features are exclusively available for your own use.
   • If you subscribe to the Workgroup plan, both you and your workgroup members can access and enjoy the features together!
6. Why does only AccuPOSE INFINITY for Workgroup offer a monthly subscription?
   The monthly subscription option for AccuPOSE INFINITY for Workgroup is designed to accommodate workgroup owners who may need the service for less than a year. However, to maximize value, we strongly recommend subscribing to the Annual Plan for AccuPOSE INFINITY for Workgroup. This ensures the best features at a better rate, with the option to renew your Workgroup subscription upon expiration.
7. If I'm not satisfied, what is the AccuPOSE INFINITY cancellation policy? Will I be refunded?

   Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial membership periods or any unused AccuPOSE INFINITY services or benefits. You may cancel your subscription for the following year at any time through the member account page.

   However, you will retain access to the AccuPOSE INFINITY service until the end of your current billing period.

8. Can I change my subscription plan?
   The AccuPOSE INFINITY subscription is non-refundable and cannot be changed.
   To upgrade or switch to another subscription plan, you will need to re-subscribe and pay for the new plan.
9. What occurs if my subscription lapses or is not renewed?
   AccuPOSE INFINITY subscriptions typically renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.
   If your subscription lapses due to expiration, cancellation, or payment failure, AccuPOSE INFINITY will be deactivated, and you will lose access to its features and poses until you re-subscribe to a new plan. 

1. Terms and Conditions
   1. Subscription Period
      The billing cycle of any AccuPOSE INFINITY is depends on your chosen plan. It will be either a twelve(12) months or one(1) month subscription. The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of your billing cycle unless it is cancelled or terminated. You can subscribe at any time, for example: if you subscribe for the AccuPOSE INFINITY for personal on Nov 30th, 2024, your subscription will renew on Nov 30th, 2025. If you subscribe the AccuPOSE INFINITY for workgroup monthly on Nov 30th, 2024, your subscription will renew on Nov 30th, 2025, and so on.
       
   2. Subscription Fees
      The subscription Fee may be vary based on the selected subscription price plan. The subscription fee for the AccuPOSE INFINITY and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as loca taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the Account Page. If you fail to payment at the deadline, your subscription will be cancelled and you will need to subscribe again in order to continue the service.
      
      If you do not want to automatically pay the subscription fee, you must cancel your subscription before the automatic renewal date. You can cancel the subscription at any time before its expiry by logging into your Acccount Page.
       
   3. Subscription Benefits
      You will be able to use the AccuPOSE INFINITY and unlock 1000+ AI trained poses.
       
   4. Restriction
      The subscription is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable.
      The AccuPOSE INFINITY need to be supported by full version of iClone application.
       
   5. Billing and Cancellation
      • Payment Method
        To use the AccuPOSE INFINITY, you must provide your Payment method. The following payment methods are available for use: VISA and MasterCard. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, your subscription will be canclled until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees relating to the processing of your payment method.
         
      • Update your Payment Methods
        You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page. Please click the "Change Payment Method" button and fill out your new payment details. 
         
      • Cancellation 
        You can cancel the AccuPOSE INFINITY subscription at any time by visiting your Account Page and adjusting your membership settings. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or benefits. If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to  the AccuPOSE INFINITY service through the end of your billing period.
