iray dont install on iclone 7
i bought today a bundle character creator with the iray render.
i install all, an all updates via the new real illusion hub.
the iray render works awesome in the charakter creator but it dont appear in the i clone 7 programm.
not in the toolbar or elsewhere.
in the text stands that iray works with both.
or did i get it wrong?

That is because the Iray plug-in for iClone is not available yet.

It got delayed, and I believe it is now expected to be available sometime in January 2019.

It is ONE PURCHASE for the CC3 and iClone plug-in, but the "iClone programming" to support the Iray plug-in has not been completed.  There are many things iClone does that CC3 does not, so it's more complex, thus the delay.
