Hi, Matt, We have added a 4K mode in iClone, the stretch and blur issue should be gone. You will need to set the resolution to 3840*2160 and the DPI=150 to activate the 4K mode. Please wait for the next release and give it a try. Thank you for your patience. Reallusion
Hi there, yes, scaling the font was the first thing I tried. At 4K resolution the fonts were too small, so I was running with the largest available, but when the bug occourred I had to switch to the smallest ones because otherwise the fonts were too big. In a recent email one of your FeedBackTracker colleague told me this bug is going to be fixed in the upcoming 7.3 version. I'm really looking forward to it, because I had to roll back to 7.1 and this disabled the use of PopCornFX. I didn't try with the new 7.22 because I fear this bug may still hit and I don't want to go to the whole process of upgrading, wiping and re-install all the components.
Hi, Matt, Just wondering that, had you tried to select mid or large font size of the iClone UI and it still looked blur to you? it's in the lower part of the Preference panel. Reallusion
Rolling back to 7.1 solved the issue and now I can finally work again with ease! <3 I miss PopcornFX, but I can wait for an hotfix (7.21?) or until 7.3 to make a new try. I'll treasure my 7.1 installer that you just gave me, as an emergency rollback (but please keep investigating to avoid the same problem on the next updates). Thank you for the help, and keep up the good work!
Hi, Matt, I will email you a download link to the iClone 7.1 installer, so you can use Curve Editor without the blurred UI in your 4K monitor for now. But please note that if you have saved your project in 7.2, you won't be able to load the same project file into 7.1, the data file couldn't be downgraded. Reallusion
