iClone continuously crashes

Since the update from version 8.5 to 8.51 and 8.52, iClone continuously crashes. It sometimes crashes when opening a previous project, but especially when I try substituting a character in an animation project with a character from CC4 or the Content. It is almost impossible to update previous projects because of the continuous crashes. Initially, I downgraded iClone from 8.51 to 8.5 because the crashes always occurred when replacing characters in the projects. Version 8.52 is more stable, but it still crashes frequently. I don't want to downgrade again, as characters created in the updated CC4 are not compatible with the previous versions of iClone. It is almost impossible to work with all these issues, and I cannot enjoy the new features of iClone (as AccuPose) when I cannot reuse previous works. My computer is up to date with Windows 1. It is an Alien Aurora R13 with Interl iCore i7 (12 cores), an Nvidia RTX 3070, and 128 GB of RAM.

Thank you for your reply. I follow the recommendations for testing and disabling the plugins. I have several plugins (Iray Render, BuldingGen, PopcornFX, FaceMocap,  CTA Motion Link), but I tried first to remove the Iray Render, and it seems that the crash problem has stopped. In fact, observing the behavior of the crash, I see that it happens when iClone is loading the Iray materials. It is sad because I understand this plugin is no longer supported, but I still use it. Regarding the projects, I will try to prepare a single one, but the problem happens with most of my projects: selecting a character and replacing it with the character I have open in Character Creator. It didn't happen with the iClone 8.5.3330.1. But now that I have uninstalled the IRay Render plugin, it seems to solve the issue. Thanks for the advice.

Based on your description, I'm not sure whether the issue is due to the data, environment, or plugins. If you have any plugins installed (such as Iray Render), please remove them and check if the issue still occurs.
Additionally, could you provide your files so that our developers can investigate the cause? (Including the project, character, and a desktop recording of your actions.)
