Step by Step. 1.Put any actor on scene. 2.Open "2d motion key editor" 3.On frame 10 click "Flip Hip", now we have a Flip Hip keyframe on 10. 4.On frame 20 move hip to any place (Motion>Transform). 5.CA create a keyframe on 10 and on 20, if I want to move the hips 0 to 20 it is not possible, it will stay until 10 and move from there. 6.Delete the 10 keyframe hip (Motion>Transform), the duplicate one. 7.Move the 20 hip keyframe to 30, CA create again a keyframe on 10.
Looks some kind of conflict between "Flip Hip" and Hip keyframes.
