Yes I seen it.  It helps but does not solve all the problems.

Did you check the 'Delete Hidden Face' option when exporting the FBX? If not, please check it and export again.
I hope this can resolve your issue.

Here is the latest hole3/14/25
If you ever fix the problem I will give the $199 back.  You have give some ways to fix it but it takes about 30 minutes to do it.  CC4 should fix it.
