I am using a recent build of Windows 11 and whenever I open Character Creator 3, my Windows crashes during the splash screen of CC3. During Windows crash, I get an error code of VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL. I have tried installed reinstalling latest NVIDIA and Intel drivers but problem still exists. The issue doesn't repro when I open iclone. I had Uninstalled Smart gallery in iclone too.
UPDATE - When I uninstalled smart gallery for character creator (CC), CC app opened after a long wait and load time. How do I access and install content now if I can't use smart gallery? Is there a fix available? I am new to using the app.
