Similar to the issues I've had with 3.11 Issue: 6431, my os hard crashes while I'm working in CC3.

Example: While working on the model, import an accessory, edits the accessory's materials, save the accessory's material+, save the accessory into the content browser via "custom" tab into the "Others" folder. While the accessory is still in display and the character model is hidden, I test some render settings in the "Visual" tab. Now whenever I decide to open an IBL file, HARD CRASH. This happens in more then one scenarios:

- Opening an IBL file (the example above)
- Opening a Material+
- Saving a Material+
- Opening an accessory
- Saving a project via "content browser"
- Saving a project via "save as"
- Exporting a render (only happened once)

I've deducted that the crashes may be related to CC3 opening/saving data in Windows file explorer, but that's inconclusive. But I noticed that the hard crashes happens the second the open/save window pops up.
