Unable to Open iAvatar File in iClone
I have been using iClone to work on my projects without any problems. However, recently, I encountered an issue where I am unable to open a specific iAvatar file. This file previously opened without any issues, but now it fails to load. Other iAvatar files seem to open correctly, which leads me to believe the problem may be specific to this file.

Details:

iClone Version: 8.4 & 8.41 Trial
Operating System: Windows 10
Error Message (if any): Failed to load the file.
Steps Taken:
I have ensured that my iClone software is up to date.
I have attempted to open other iAvatar files successfully.
I have restarted iClone and my computer.
I have checked for system updates and updated my graphics drivers.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. As this iAvatar file is crucial for my project, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
